How we work

A clear path from first conversation to measurable results.

From the first conversation to the finished system, every engagement follows the same three stages.

Three stages

Audit, build, measure. Then hand it over.

Each stage has a clear output, agreed in advance, so you always know what you’re getting and what it will change.

  1. 1
We learn how the work is really done.We sit with your team and follow the jobs that take the most time, from the first email to the finished task. Then we rank what’s worth automating by the difference it would make, and tell you plainly where AI isn’t the answer.
  2. 2
We build it into what you already use.The agent works inside your email, accounts and files rather than in yet another system. We test it on your own work, and a person checks anything that matters until you’re confident in it.
  3. 3
We measure it, then hand it over.We agree the measures before we start, such as turnaround time or error rate, and report against them. When we hand over, your team knows how to run it, and we’re on hand if anything needs adjusting.
Questions

What people ask us first.

Anything else, ask us when we speak.

What does an AI agent actually do?

It does a piece of work from start to finish, rather than just answering questions. A quoting agent, for example, reads the enquiry, pulls the right prices and past jobs, drafts the quote in your template and puts it in front of someone to check and send. It works inside the systems you already use, and it follows rules we agree with you.

Will it replace people in my team?

That isn’t what we’re for. We take on the work your people find repetitive, so their time goes on customers, judgement and the jobs that need them. What we aim for is faster turnaround and fewer mistakes, not a smaller team.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays yours. Before we build anything, we agree with you in writing what the system can see, where your information goes and who can access it. The agent works through your own accounts rather than ours, so you can see what it touches and withdraw access whenever you choose. If your sector has particular rules, such as for financial or health data, we design around them from the start, and we’re happy to talk them through on the first call.

What does it cost?

It depends on the work, so we don’t publish a price list. What we can promise is that you’ll know the cost before you commit: after the audit you get a fixed price in writing for each piece of work, with what it will change and how we’ll measure it.

Do we need anyone technical?

No. We design, build and test everything, then show your team how to use it in plain terms. If someone in your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can work with what we deliver.

What if it gets something wrong?

We design for that from the start. Anything that matters, such as a price, a payment or a message to a customer, is checked by a person before it goes out until you’re confident it’s right. Every action is logged, and we test on your real work before anything goes live.

How soon will we see a difference?

Usually within weeks of the audit, starting with the piece of work that costs you most. We agree the measures before we start, such as turnaround time or error rate, so you see the change in your own figures rather than ours.

Do you work in our sector?

We work with businesses across the UK, particularly outside London, in sectors such as engineering, construction, professional services and trades. The work that slows businesses down is remarkably similar from one sector to the next: quotes, orders, reports, enquiries and follow-ups.
